Begin your Thanksgiving celebration with an enhanced omelet station, crab and shrimp, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and breakfast potatoes, along with our signature French toast and waffle station featuring fall apples, harvested blueberries, and bananas foster. Enjoy a fresh garden salad with assorted breads and rolls before indulging in holiday favorites including smoked slow-baked ham, roast turkey with traditional gravy, and maple-thyme salmon filet. Accompaniments include mashed potatoes, a mac and cheese station with bacon and blue cheese toppings, sweet potatoes with whipped cinnamon butter, cranberry compote, herbed green beans, honey-glazed carrots, traditional brioche stuffing, and sausage, roasted apple and bread stuffing.
